2008, the year of the Phosphere... |

Happy new year to all of you! Thank you to all of you, after 200,000 visitors in the last year alone! The new project called PHOSPHERE is taking shape, and I have finished a A2 poster calendar, it will be available for sale in the next weeks... the idea came to me last year around the Kalachakra sand mandala in Dharamsala... a sphere of light... 
The phosphere can be seen as the "sphere of light" being derived from the Greek "Phos" meaning "light" in the style of "atmosphere" and "biosphere". The phosphere is the fourth in a succession of phases of development of the Earth, after the geosphere (inanimate matter), the biosphere (biological life) and the noosphere (conscious thoughts).
This word refers to a transhuman consciousness emerging from the interactions of human minds in the noosphere and being aware of a higher level of consciousness, the "cosmic" consciousness. Where quantum physics meets spiritual knowledge, the realization that light itself is consciousness. This mutimedia project (www.phosphere.com) will involve a few artists who have been inspired by the concept and will try to materialise it as an audio-visual experience for you!
Psychedelic ambient music with an uplifting spiritual inspiration, and of course, plenty of visuals to fly into...

You can watch a quicktime (low resolution) movie of my VJ sets Ambient or PsyTrance... as well as a few clips done in the last couple of years... (Massive Attack, ASURA, Michael Franti... ). If you have a video iPOD go to the video Podcasts page where you can access the videos in an iTunes friendly way to import all those videos in your iPod!

 Founded in 1997, EarthDance, The Global Festival for Peace, has grown from a series of underground events to become the world's largest dance music movement. This DVD is a journey into the world of EarthDance as seen through the eyes of four visionary VJ-video artists, Arcane, Liquid Buddha, Elestial.:., and Videolicious, who mix state of the art 3D animation with live footage from seven years of events.
